- Plant based milk
- 1/4 pineapple
- 1 apple
- 1 cup young spinach leaves
- Some blueberries (optional)
- Water as needed

OPTIONAL:
- Some chia seeds
- Some Oats
Instructions
- Peel pineapple and cut slices. Slice and cut the apple into quarters.
- Place pineapple chunks and the apple in a blender. Add spinach leaves. Add a splash of water and blend until smooth. If your smoothie is too thick, add more water and/or milk as needed and pulse to combine.
- Add in Clean Green by Natural Noah.
- Blend it a little longer!
