The perfect smoothie for focus and energy!

Ingredients for 2 people:

2 teaspoons of Clean Caffeine
400 ml skimmed yoghurt
15 strawberries
6 tablespoons of oatmeal
1 banana
milk of choice
Optional: Some mint leaves

Preparation method

  1. Cut the strawberries and put them in the blender.
  2. Mix the banana, yogurt, oatmeal and a splash of milk with the strawberries and blender.
  3. Add in 2 scoops of Clean Caffeine.


Instead of fresh strawberries, you can also use frozen strawberries.
