The perfect smoothie for focus and energy!
Ingredients for 2 people:
2 teaspoons of Clean Caffeine
400 ml skimmed yoghurt
6 tablespoons of oatmeal
milk of choice
Optional: Some mint leaves
- Cut the strawberries and put them in the blender.
- Mix the banana, yogurt, oatmeal and a splash of milk with the strawberries and blender.
- Add in 2 scoops of Clean Caffeine.
Instead of fresh strawberries, you can also use frozen strawberries.
