This smoothie will get your through the day without any hungry feeling!
- 1 cup milk of choice. We used Soy milk.
- 1 tablespoon of Clean Protein+ Banana
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- Handful of spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon honey
- Oatmeal. Around 40 gram.
- Cut the Banana and apple and put them into the blender.
- Add 1 scoop of Clean Protein+ Banana.
- Add the spinach
- Add the Oatmeal. Oatmeal is strong in fiber. It also makes your smoothie very thick!
- Add the honey, just a little!
- Mix it till it is smooth!
