This smoothie will get your through the day without any hungry feeling!


  • 1 cup milk of choice. We used Soy milk.
  • 1 tablespoon of Clean Protein+ Banana
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon honey
  • Oatmeal. Around 40 gram.

Preparation method:

  1. Cut the Banana and apple and put them into the blender.
  2. Add 1 scoop of Clean Protein+ Banana.
  3. Add the spinach
  4. Add the Oatmeal. Oatmeal is strong in fiber. It also makes your smoothie very thick!
  5. Add the honey, just a little!
  6. Mix it till it is smooth!
